We organize a wide range of special events across the City of Sarasota, creating opportunities for the community to connect and enjoy our parks and facilities. From local gatherings to recreational activities, there’s always something to take part in.

Clean Up Day

  • Date: 03/07/2020 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM  
  • Location: Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex

  • Introduction: Volunteers will clean up trash and debris that have accumulated throughout the park. Volunteers will also participate in weeding, removing invasive species and other activities. This event will take place rain or shine.

What To Wear: Comfortable work clothes and sneakers/boots that can get dirty.

What To Bring: Gloves, sun and bug protection, and a reusable water bottle.

Provided: Trash bags, tools and additional gloves.
