H2O Cardio at Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex

Join us for an energetic deep-water class.

  • Introduction: This class is designed to reduce stress on joints while still improving your overall endurance, range of motion, and balance. You must be comfortable in deep water and know how to swim.

Date(s): Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
Time: 7 am – 8 am
Price: $3 per class or $55 for a 20 visit punch card
Ages: 16 & above
