We organize a wide range of special events across the City of Sarasota, creating opportunities for the community to connect and enjoy our parks and facilities. From local gatherings to recreational activities, there’s always something to take part in.

No PAYNE No GAIN at Payne Park Tennis Center

Join us for co-ed organized play on Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m.

  • Location: Payne Park Tennis Center

    Sarasota, Florida 34237
  • Introduction: There are opportunities to play men’s doubles, women’s doubles and mixed doubles and co-ed doubles; even the occasional singles match. Players are generally grouped by ability level and preference of play.

Format is: two out of three sets with the participants choosing a 10-point tiebreak in leu of a full third set or a full third set may be played if all players agree. Each week scores are collected, and new matches established.

A monthly social is also a part of this fantastic event. Once a month a local establishment is chosen to meet after play. Join us. All are welcome. This is a wonderful occasion to meet some new people, play some great competitive tennis and socialize afterward. But keep in mind space it limited. So, sign-up HERE today.
