We organize a wide range of special events across the City of Sarasota, creating opportunities for the community to connect and enjoy our parks and facilities. From local gatherings to recreational activities, there’s always something to take part in.

Popsicles & Stories in the Park

Free for all ages.

  • Location: Arlington Park & Aquatic Complex

  • Introduction: Join us for a story read by a guest reader from the Sarasota County Library. After the stories, there will be games & popsicles. Bring a blanket or chair for sitting.
